Originally from Dumfries & Galloway, Kevin is an actor, musician, composer and writer. He graduated from the Samuel Beckett Centre, Trinity College, Dublin in 1999. He has worked extensively in theatres across Scotland, the UK and internationally, with companies such as the Abbey Theatre, Dublin, Theatre Babel, Mull Theatre, Tron Theatre, Citizens/TAG, National Theatre Of Scotland, Grid Iron, Borderline, Oran Mor, Dundee Rep and Royal Lyceum, Edinburgh. He was a member of Dundee Rep Ensemble from 2006 - 2012. In 2001 he was nominated for the Royal National Theatre Ian Charleson Award and in 2010 he won Best Actor at the Critics Awards for Theatre In Scotland. As a composer he has written music for Dundee Rep, Scottish Dance Theatre, Tramway, The Letter J and Company Chameleon. He has also written and produced three albums and an EP - Human Futures (2010), Everything To A Point (2012), Gone - EP (2015), Night Circus (2016) and a best-of compilation Quiet Gravity (2017) - all available on iTunes, Spotify and Amazon. A new album, The Arc Of The Sea is due to be released in September 2018.
